HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
The ShetiSeva is a platform that Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions. ShetiSeva is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Platform’s Users i.e. buyers and sellers for details see Terms and Conditions page. portal is an online e-commerce store connecting consumers directly with the farmers, Shoppers, wholesales, producer companies and other sellers, who upload their produce details to the website. Consumers can choose a related store or product that delivers to their area and build their carts from the items available. This ensures that the consumers will be able to trace their products from where it is saled. Please check the delivery areas covered by the stores to make sure that your area/community is covered.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Main points to be note:
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return any of your purchase, you can do it at the same time when the product is delivered to you and we will be happy to take the product back and hand over the balance amount or credit the balance in your account. For COD case, you only need to pay for what you take.
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and if already paid the corresponding value would be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase viz., credit card, debit card, net banking in ten to twenty working days.
- Products that are eligible for Return, replace or repair are special mentioned in description of products. These policies applicable to only these products . other products not mentioned Return, replace or repair are not applicable for return , replace or repair policy. But buyer can confirm the product while delivery and denied to receive the product if any defect or misidentifications found.
- For Return, replace or repair Sellers special signed & stamped warrantee and guarantee card with period mentioned is compulsory (for applicable products only). Buyer should verify, may visit seller shop ones to build trust, demand and verify about such bill prior to purchase of product.
- SheitSeva is not responsible for any kind of dispute related to Return, Replacement and Repair. Its between buyers and sellers contract.
- Shipping is done by seller for his products hence seller is responsible for all related issues related to shipping.
- Return, Replace and Repair not applicable for COD. For details check policy. And if applicable in certain cases (buyer get cheated by seller) then its fully responsibility for seller.
- Products once sold and delivered to you, shall be eligible for return only if
- Vendor should agree to accept return product,
- Terms and conditions applied on vendor provided bill with guarantee and warrantee.
- Shetiseva’s decision is final and binding for both buyer and seller regarding disput matter.
the product condition is found to be damaged, broken, faulty or different from the ordered one. You can return the products, purchased from us under your order as per below, provided the products packs are sealed/unopened and unused and in original condition.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. HOW WILL I KNOW THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
We will confirm the receipt of your order by sending you an email to your registered email id.

Minimum order depends upon vendors and same will be displayed while ordering the items online. Its variable for different vedors and products

HOW WILL THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Order will be delivered by vendor and same will informed to you via email or sms or both from vendor panel of website by seller or vendor.
WHAT IF I AM NOT THERE AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you will not be home at that time, please indicate if the goods can be delivered to security or provide an alternate location on portal by informing seller with calling. Delivery will be made accordingly. However, do ensure that the payment is handed over to the concerned person or that the payment is made online prior to delivery. But related all miscommunication and delay in delivery responsibilities with buyer only.
